Corned Beef & Cabbage
Ingredients
– ½ head of large green cabbage, coarsley chopped
– ½ lb. cooked corned beef, finely chopped
– 6 large cloves garlic, chopped
– ½ cup beef broth
– ½ cup vinegar
– 2 tbsp Trelawny Gold Spicy Mustard
– 1 tbsp Dirt Nap Dip Original Blend
– 1 tbsp fresh chives, finely chopped
– Salt & pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Layer cabbage and corned beef in a shallow baking dish, season with salt & pepper. In a bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Pour mixture over cabbage and mix well. Cover baking dish with foil, place in oven and bake until cabbage is tender. May require occasional stirring.
